A Breathing Meditation Experience
We know that theory can sometimes get a little bit bland when learning about Breathing Science, which is why we are sharing this snippet of the full course (the Accredited Breathing Science Course). This module gives you a chance to actually PRACTICE some game changing Intuitive Breathing Techniques.
These techniques are designed to help you to:
- Be guided through how to deepen your awareness of your breathing mechanism.
- Learn how to practice awareness in a way that has you see different perspectives of your breathing experiences.
- Begin to bring to consciousness that which was unconscious.
