A Message From The Founders

At O2 Collective, our mission is simple:
To help you breathe better so you can live better.

With over 20 years of experience in performance, breathwork, and human optimization, we’ve seen firsthand how intentional breathing can be a game-changer... helping to manage stress, sharpen focus, and support long-term well-being.

In 2017, we made a pivotal decision... to fully immerse ourselves in breathwork. Wanting to fast-track our learning, we sought out a true pioneer: Dan Brulé, who at the time had over 40 years of experience.

We trained side by side with Dan, absorbing his teachings while simultaneously capturing what we learned. This led us to film and produce the Breathwork Fundamentals Course, our way of sharing these powerful insights with the world.

Through practical techniques rooted in experience, we’re here to help you integrate breathwork seamlessly into your daily life and professional practice.
