step into Certification.

This is for you if you are ready to take what you learn in the Foundations and apply it with clients.

You will join us live for the full cohort this time, starting from the Foundations and continuing all the way through to the Facilitator Certification. Coming back through Foundations alongside the Certification work means the framework lands more deeply, and you are ready to apply it with clients by the end.

You'll learn how to:

• Work one-to-one with clients using a behavioral science-based approach to breathwork
• Design and guide group sessions in a grounded, responsive way
• Support emotional processes using clear frameworks, tools, and facilitation language
• Communicate what you do in a way that attracts your ideal clients
• Integrate this work into your existing professional role

You'll also receive a full certification as a Behavioral Breathwork Facilitator, a digital badge for your website and social profiles, and CEU credits through NASM and AFAA.
