BEHAVIORAL BREATHWORK TRAINING
FOUNDATIONS + CERTIFICATION
A grounded framework for understanding Breathwork through breathing behaviors.
Learn how to read breathing cues, know how to respond, and support steady regulation for yourself and with others, in real life and in a breathwork session.
If you’ve been practicing or guiding breathwork and noticed that techniques don’t always work the way you expect, or sometimes even backfire, this work was created to fill that gap.
Behavioral Breathwork teaches you how to understand why people react when their breathing changes, so you’re not guessing what to do next when someone is experiencing stress, emotions, or under pressure.
People come to this training for two different reasons.
One is personal.
The other involves working with others.
Foundations Training
Learn Behavioral Breathwork for personal understanding and everyday regulation
Behavioral Breathwork
Facilitator Certification
Learn how to work with clients using a behavioral science based approach to breathwork
Behavioral Breathwork Facilitator
This on-demand training is designed as a guided learning journey.
Modules are released in a steady weekly rhythm so you can learn, apply, and integrate the work in real life.
How Behavioral Breathwork Is Different
Most breathwork trainings focus on what to do. Techniques, patterns, and methods to follow.
Behavioral Breathwork focuses on understanding human behavior through breathing.
When someone holds their breath, braces, cries, or becomes overwhelmed under stress, it isn’t random or something to fix. It’s a learned, intelligent response influenced by experience and context, and it’s communicating something important.
In this training, you learn how breathing behaviors reflect how a person is responding to stress, emotion, and pressure, and how to help them navigate intense moments in a way that supports their return to balance, in a way that’s unique to them.
This work blends respiratory science, behavioral science, breathwork, and embodied practice into a clear, grounded framework you can apply in real time. You experience the work first in your own body, learning to recognize your own signals, regulate more effectively, and know what to do next time life feels intense. From there (if you choose), you learn how to support others through the same process.
Rather than applying techniques blindly or pushing through when the body is already under pressure, Behavioral Breathwork gives you a way to understand what’s happening and respond appropriately, in real time.
Who This Training Is For
This training is for people who want a grounded, practical way to understand breathing and work with it more effectively.
It’s well suited for:
✓ People wanting to understand their own breathing patterns and how stress, emotion, and everyday life show up in their body.
✓ Coaches, practitioners, and breathwork facilitators wanting who want a clearer framework for responding when breathing patterns change, rather than relying on techniques alone.
✓ Health & Wellness professionals looking to integrate breathing and nervous system regulation into their existing work in a way that feels gentle, structured, and sustainable.
✓ Anyone seeking a behavioral science-informed approach, who wants to understand why breathing changes, not just what to do when it does.
There are two options for learning:
â‘ Learn for yourself and apply the work in your own life through Foundations Training
② Learn the work and apply it professionally with others through Facilitator Certification
Both paths begin with your own personal experience of understanding breathing as a behavior, so you know how to respond in real life and, if you choose, build toward supporting others in your community.

CURRICULUM ROADMAP
Choose the Path That Fits You
Both pathways follow the same guided learning journey.
The difference is how you want to use the work from the beginning.
This on-demand training is designed as a guided learning journey.
Modules are released in a steady weekly rhythm so you can learn, apply, and integrate the work in real life.
Not Sure Which Path Is Right for You?
Both pathways are designed to get you started with a real felt Behavioral Breathwork experience.
The difference is how you want to use the work from the beginning.
If you want to experience Behavioral Breathwork for just yourself first, build awareness in your own body, and understand how your breathing responds in everyday life, we recommend starting with Foundations Training.
You’ll have the option to continue into the Facilitator Certification later if you decide you want to apply the work with others.
If you already know you want to work with clients and apply this framework professionally, you can begin directly with the Facilitator Certification Training. You’ll still move through the Foundations first, experience the work for yourself, and then continue into applying it with others in a supported, structured way.
There’s no wrong starting point.
What matters is choosing the path that matches your intention and getting started.Â

THE NEXT EVOLUTION OF BREATHWORK
A Message From The Founders
Our mission is to help you (and the people you work with) navigate the intensities of life using strategies grounded in behavioral science and a clear understanding of how breathing and respiration actually work. Not just during a practice or a breathwork session, but in real moments, when stress, emotion, or pressure comes up.
Over the past decade, we’ve refined this framework through research, teaching, and working directly with clients. What we’ve seen again and again is that when people learn how to connect with their breathing reflex, something important shifts. They begin to understand what their breathing is doing, and they stop fighting it.
As the relationship with the breathing reflex strengthens, trust returns.
Trust in the body.
Trust in the breath.
And, over time, trust in themselves.
When the environment changes, breathing and body chemistry respond automatically. That response is normal and intelligent.
This work is about noticing those changes and allowing the body space to settle, without force or interference.
The training supports that process in your own body first and then, for those who choose, as a way to support others in a way that feels steady, respectful, and grounded.
We invite you to join this training and be part of sharing Behavioral Breathwork in a way that supports real people, in real life.
With gratitude,
