We’ve spent the past decade helping individuals and professionals understand the link between breathing, behavior, stress, and overall wellbeing.

Through our work with thousands of clients (and our studies with Dr. Peter Litchfield), we began to notice a pattern: breathwork always creates an effect.

The difference isn’t the technique.
It’s the behavioral patterns behind the breath that determine how someone responds. Once you understand those patterns, you can finally see why the same practice feels so differently from person to person.
